Jewellery After Care

Please Read Carefully, Jewellery aftercare is an important part of protecting your investment.

All of our silver jewellery is made from 925 Sterling Silver & our Gold jewellery is either 9ct or 18ct Gold (red, white or yellow). Each of these precious metals are heirloom quality, designed to last years not weeks.

To help to protect your jewellery from additional wear please try to avoid wearing it with other jewellery or where it can knock or scrape against other pieces (like charms). Please remember to remove your jewellery before showering, bathing and before you go to bed. Never wear your jewellery in public swimming baths as the high chlorine content can damage the patina effect and badly tarnish silver or gold. Try to avoid spraying perfume or deodorants directly onto the piece as these again can affect the finish.

Never use a chemical dip or liquid polish to clean your jewellery, this can completely remove the patina effect on your piece. Only use the included soft silver polishing cloth to gently remove any tarnish that may build up.

When not in use please place your jewellery back in the original box, this will help to protect it from tarnishing as there is a special anti tarnish pad inside.
