All our small items, excluding precious metal jewellery, are shipped using Royal Mail First Class Recorded

Your items will normally arrive within 1-3 business day from dispatch. This service will cover the full value of your item against loss or damage for replacement.

Large Items

All our large items, memory boxes, mugs & large personalised gifts are shipped using a 48hr courier service.

Your items will normally arrive within 1-3 business day from dispatch. This service will cover the full value of your item against loss or damage for replacement.

Silver & Gold Jewellery

All of our precious metal jewellery is shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Your items will normally arrive within 1 business day from dispatch. This is the only service in the U.K that will cover the full value of your precious metal jewellery against loss or damage for replacement.
